Microsoft Surface Book 2 Base (keyboard) / IC Identification

Hi EEVerybody
This is my first post on this forum , but I've been lurking for a while and thank to you i've fixed some stuff already ,
But this time I'm unable to find any information on the device I'm trying to fix .

Patient :
Microsoft Surface Book 2 base with GTX 1050

What is happening :
After connecting base to the tablet nothing works on the base , cannot undock , keyboard is not working USB's are not working

What I have checked :
Took it apart
No water damage
Battery is charging
Most of the board is not getting power
I have found one IC that is getting pretty hot like 60C + maybe more (I don't own thermal camera)

Designation on it seems to be 914C6H , but I'm unable to find it
From what it is around it ,it looks like DC Regulator with Voltage sense ? (I'm noob )
I would be grateful for any help
