Microsoft surface book charget

Hello does anyone know what the Microsoft surface power adapter equivalent of the DC barrel jack is called?  I want to see if I can buy the connector part that plugs into the laptop.

It's a magnetic connector, I think it's very proprietary.

Yes, I'm trying to find the best search term for it, because for the charger I've got like 4 of them and the power bricks work great but it always the connector that gets messed or the wires. My goal is to try and find one so I can mod it to easily removable from the power brick so it's easier to replace, and to make it out of better wire.
