Simple question: I have a Mini-USB connector completely ripped off from the PCB. All four mechanical pads were gone. Which type of glue should I use to securely glue a new connector back together?

Cyanoacrylate and baking soda?
It is mechanically pretty weak. Plus it does not really stick to the metal.
