MKS 919 Hot Cathode Ionization High Vacuum Sensor System

I have a MKS 919 Hot Cathode Ionization High Vacuum Sensor System that needs to be calibrated, but I cannot find any Service Manual or a Calibration Procedure online.

someone has the service manual or knows where to find it?
