monitor wont turn on

hi

i have a monitor that wont turn on i forgot the brand and model but i have the mainboard(sl-dvi-1004)

i found out when i bridge source to drain on q2(P3098L top right) it turns on and i can turn it off witch the power button

brand: general touch
model: rtl224


when i disconect the lvds cable from the mainboard the backlight comes on
i tried a panel swap with a aser al2216w
the panel from general touch works in the aser
