Title: Mosfet 87350D with defect

My notebook have stopped working and i did try to fix it my self, problem is that a can't find the part to buy and complete the repair. The part in question is a Mosfet 87350D TI 663 ZJC7 E3. Did any of you know this little nasty guy? I want to know where to buy and if its not possible: there is any other piece similar that can replace it?
