Hi all, new member here, Please be gentle
I am looking to repair a seat motor driver from my car. I've determined that two of the MOSFETs have died. I've been hunting around using the datasheet but just can't seem to find anything similar. The originals are now obsolete (the car is 19 years old!). Could anyone perhaps point me to something suitable that could be used?
Original MOSFETs are Fairchild RF1S25N06SM (TO-263AB package). I have attached the datasheet if it helps (and if it works!)
