Motech / Voltcraft FG 708S DDS function generator

Hello,

I have an defect fg 708s function generator. The unit shows strange things on the display and doesn't react on any key at the frontpanel. Sometimes the display shows complet rubbish and sometimes one can read "FRQ:.000 Hz". Therefore, I think it is an problem at the digital side of the unit. I measured the voltages at the voltage regulators (DC an Scope) an they look fine.

Has anyone experience with thsi function gen fault?
