OSS TEAM T210 soldering station repair help
« on: June 28, 2022, 12:12:52 pm »
Hello, I got one OSS TEAM T210 soldering station when am in sleep mod the buzzer starts sounding continual, if I take the tip stop sound, the tip does not eat (I test two different of them).
Please some suggestions to test the wiring of the handle and the tips?
I put some pictures to give a better idea.

SE would imply sensor error, in that its seeing an open circuit on the thermocouple or some unexpected voltage.
Unplug the power, open it up, and measure from the inside to the handle, see if the thermocouple is connected as expected.

Small chance some setting might have been screwed up (uV/C setting?) but seems unlikely that would trigger an error.

Unplug the tip and measure its resistance, make sure heater is intact.

I test two different tips and do the same, when is on sleep mode the handle on the holder and the buzzer go on continually, I ordered the new handle and tips.
