Multimeter OLED Replacement UT171C
« on: September 07, 2021, 05:44:54 pm »
Dear all,
have one very nice UT171C multimeter. Unfortunately due to (assumed) aging of the oled - its barely readable even in darkness and 100% brightness. Since i bought it there were max 3 hours of operation- but its already 3years ago.

Found this:

Agree with the statement of @DigitalCorpus
Nope, but the following is printed on the assembly:
"100106702f B 3" on the back of the glass

"1930114308
102182602R" on the FPC.

The driver is the SDS1305T7 and its a 2.7", 128x64 screen.

The FPC assembly is 2 part that is glued/taped to the custom, 22-pin cable and originates as a 31-pin cable with a ~0.65 mm pitch. The 22-pin piece is a ~0.3 mm pitch FPC.

Does anybody know where to get replacement unit or which unit to use/modify  (pin asignment) to get another new bright display in. Maybe there is an option to retrofit to EBTN ?
