NAME OF CHIP Q4
« on: January 15, 2025, 07:07:16 pm »
This is the board of a vacuum cleaner. It does not give voltage to the motor, I need to change the Q4 chip but I can't see the complete code. Does anyone have any idea what chip it might be?

Seems to be IRFH5301, but could be IRFH5300-IRFH5304, IRFH5306-7 too. Last digit is mostly destroyed but looks like it could be 1 based on the first photo, second last looks like 0 but it's partially destroyed too.

If that's a 5007 on the top row (3rd photo), it could be an IRFH5007. It depends too much on the photo angle - it could almost be two different parts in the 2nd and 3rd, you're much better looking at it close up with a magnifier and reporting back what is readable.

Sorry for the poor quality of the photos and thanks for the replies. I'm looking at it right now and what I get to see is "53?". I will look at some data sheets because I think it is "5301" as some said. I will keep reading the suggestions and thanks for the help  :-+
