I notice that the pin numbering is clockwise. Strange ...

BTW, SYT664 (marking BJRxyz) seems to match the pinout of the BPKxyz chip on this SSD:

Do you have any idea which IC that could be?

Or what about the "41853" Chip? I suspect that this could be a quad PSU supervisor IC.
