need help finding a zener diode MMSZ5252A

hi every one
after a diagnosis on a laptop mother board it appeared to be this zener diode MMSZ5252A is shorted
the laptop is a HP probook 6470b
i need help to find the diode on other motherboards
here is the location of the diode (see attachement)
