Need help finding this Chip that I think is a TSSOP-20

So this is the first PCB leading into my POE PTZ 25x zoom camera. The POE no longer works and the chip next to the Transformer EFD2027SR. The chip is a 20 pin that starts with WS. However because of the damage to the chip the rest of the info is missing.

It is a Alibi Vigilant 25x 4mp AI camera. The camera still works if I use 12v power supply. However the location for this camera isn't close to a power outlet so I would rather repair the PTZ camera if anyone has some info about what the part is. Thank you in Advance.
