Need Help Identifing DIODES DPC-10 rev A
« on: June 28, 2023, 07:15:58 pm »
I am working on a Phase Perfect DPC-20 Phase Converter (Blue Box) with a DPC10-Rev A Control Board.
I need some help identifying some Surface Mount Diodes.  I use Mouser and Digikey..
I replaced all the caps and now the voltage is correct right up to the DIODES and then a big decrease which isn’t enough to trigger the IGBT’s. I just haven’t been able to find a close match.  Before you ask, NO Schematic, NO Help from Phase Perfect so I’m on my own.  I will listen to all advice.
After I get this working I’m going to publish all my findings.  Parts List and Troubleshooting Guides.
I use Mouser and Digikey..

First is B140 Schottky diode made by unknown manufacturer, second SMAZ18 Zener diode by Diodes Inc. Although unless they are faulty, I don't see any reason to replace them.

Thank you for your info.   They are defective.  Diode test has voltage in both directions.

They also have a forward voltage drop of 2.5V.   It need 7V, it has 7V from the Cap and after the Diode the voltage is only 4.5 not enough to trigger the IGBT.  The DSP just shuts the system down.
