Need Help Identify This Diode or What for AirCond Split Unit (w X21 Mark)

my fren sent me split unit blown pcb. in the picture, its in neutral (mains) line, so every current used by the split unit pcb, compressor and cooling fan etc need to go through this guy, now its blown to pieces (with other components on board i deal with them later). i tape this guy together for picture...
i'm suspecting this is a diode? please confirm, thanks.

The 102oC makes me think it is a temperature fuse.

I second the previous poster that it's a thermal fuse.
