need help identifying a diode package

Hey all,

I've got this 6 pin diode surface mount component that I've blown up. It has the lettering "KL6C8" on it written both ways up. I can't seem to get any results for it in my google searches. I was wondering if anyone knows what these digits mean so I can find an equivalent. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Great thank you. I see the KL6 refers to BAT54ADW and C8 means it was made in Aug, 2015. How did you find that out?
