need help identifying component labeled 4901 rh45 on AMD RX Vega 56

Going by the Q-labeling and closeness to an inductor, i'm gonna guess that it may be a MOSFET, possibly this one - https://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/NTMFD4901NF-D.PDF (https://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/NTMFD4901NF-D.PDF)

I hoped that was the right part until after I removed it from the PCB, the pinout on the bottom does not matches the spec sheet drawing

Also it is much smaller that typical mosfet used on GPUs

It's just a slightly different footprint of the same type I think. (But I haven't looked over all the specs. )
