Ha, I was going to remind you about package but I figured it was a SOT23  :-\
But the suffix was the confusing bit until I looked at some results:

Not sure if any of those match.

Sometimes one needs to identify where a component is used and what "building block" of a circuit it might be in, that often narrows down a search heaps.

i measure 210v on its collector so im sure its bfn26 because its high voltage transistor :P  and its part of smps power supply of my downdraft cooktop the thing wont start and tny267 is good
