Ha, I was going to remind you about package but I figured it was a SOT23 
But the suffix was the confusing bit until I looked at some results:

Not sure if any of those match.

Sometimes one needs to identify where a component is used and what "building block" of a circuit it might be in, that often narrows down a search heaps.

i measure 210v on its collector so im sure its bfn26 because its high voltage transistor   and its part of smps power supply of my downdraft cooktop the thing wont start and tny267 is good
