Vestel made the same board for many models, the new one might be identical, or there might be a few components either added or removed from your board to meet a particular brans price point. At least a new board will give you a power supply with new parts in most cases, just check before putting in that the 2 are identical, but they should interchange.
Just tossed a 17in TV out yesterday, same issue of dry capacitors, and I was not going to sit there and change out the 30 or so failed ones and the failed high value resistors ( dim picture) so instead went online price comparing and bought a 17in No Name ( really, that is the brand name, but it is a truly no name set, generic grown box, generic unbranded remote, instruction booklet absolutely no manufacturer info aside from "for service refer to the store you bought this product from" in there) LED flat screen to replace this monitor. Was $61, not even worth the time to fix the old one and have it fail again.
