Grating to all
I have a problem with my GW instek GDS-810S Oscilloscope. The soft ON/STBY switch doesn't work probably, I tried to change D-type filp flop TC4013 but the same problem still exist,  so if any body can send me the schematic circuit diagram(data sheet) of LYTEC LP5422 vir:1.2 Power supply board, i would be grateful.

Can't help you with the schematic but I think you should first find out if the button works as intended. Then check the button input (voltages). If present trace the output. If not present, find out where you lose the signal to the button.

Thank you for your consideration. I checked the button and its ok. and traced the output which connected to the clock of 4013 D-type flip flop.
and i finally find the schematic
