Need help identifying these SMD components

The one I think is a capacitor 1nf 5% the other marked H L30 I'm not sure.
It has three connectors, one on either side and a large connection on the bottom.
These are from a Rohde & Schwarz SML01 signal generator.

I'm guessing the other device is an MMIC RF amplifier.

Looks like you nailed it.
The manual states "GaAs transistor (HWL30)"
Any idea what a substitution transistor from mouser/digikey would be?  This is from the SML-01 9khz to 1.1 ghz?
