Need help locating a replacement transistor
« on: November 21, 2016, 12:20:15 am »
Hi all! New user and first post here. As with most things you usually don't look at joining a forum until you need help with something, which is what brings me here.
This will probably be relatively simple for someone who knows what they're looking as... that's not me  :-//
I'm trying to find a replacement transistor (pictured attached). I've found some SC945's and there seems to be a variety available, but I can't really narrow down which one to choose. The info printed on the component doesn't match-up exactly to what I've found and I can't figure out how to translate/cross-reference to what I have.
Can anyone help me find the correct part so I don't end up frying something?

Hi,

The pinout for this transistor is ECB, check the datasheet. This is not the standard pinout.

It is a 60v 150mA NPN bipolar transistor.
