I have a schematic but could use a road map what is going on in the PLL section. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Mike

I've worked a lot on these transceivers, though the 220MHz band are not used here in Europe
What seems to be your problem with your module?
Only the 220MHz Module?
RX or TX frequencies? Or both?
