Need Help SDG805

Hallo zusammen. Ich Versuche es erst einmal in Deutsch da mein English nicht so gut ist.

Ich habe einen Siglent SDG805. Habe ihn lange Zeit nicht benutzt. Nach dem Einschlaten bleibt der Bildschirm schwarz und alle Tasten leuchten auf. Mehr macht er leider nicht mehr.

Ich vermute es liegt am Netzteil. Bin mir da aber nicht sicher, da ich keine Unterlagen über die Spannungen habe.

Ich habe leider keinen SDG805, aber wenn die Tasten leuchten ist das Netzteil nicht ganz kaputt. Produziert der generator ein signal am Ausgang und aendert es sich wenn man (blind) verschieden Wellenformen / Frequenzen selektiert?
Eine Moeglichkeit ist dass die Kontakte zum Bildschirm korrodiert sind, oder vielleicht nur die hintergrund Beleuchtung ausgefallen?

In English:

I don't have a SDG805 but since the buttons light up the PSU doesn't seem to be completely dead. Does the generator produce an output signal and does it change when selecting (blindly) different wave forms or frequencies? 
A possibility is that the contacts to the screen are corroded or the backlight has failed.

das nur die beleuchtung ausgefallen ist glaube ich kaum. da ALLE tasten leuchten. Keine weitere änderung. bleibt dann so wie es ist.

Ziehe das flachband Kabel vom Netzteil von der Hauptplatine ab und messe die Spannungen auf allen Verbindungen. Ich vermute das schwarz = ground. Vielleicht haben die Hauptplatine oder das Netzteil einen Aufdruck mit den soll-spannungen? Sonst hilft nur eine analyse der Spannungsregler im Netzteil um rauszufinden welche Spannungen da sein sollten. Ich vermute wenigstens +3.3, +5V, +12 or 15V, -12 or -15V.   Oder schicke "electronics man" eine Nachricht (in Englisch) mit der Bitte die Spannungen in seinem SDG805 zu messen, zum Vergleich.
Ich wuerde auch das ander flachband-Kabel zur Front abziehen und wieder anbringen (auf beiden Seiten). Es kann sein das das die Kontakte reinigt und den Fehler behebt.

In English: I suggest to remove the flat ribbon cable from the PSU to the main PCB and check voltages. Hopefully there are markings on the PCB what voltages should be there. If not one has to examine the regulators in the PSU. I suspect black is GND and you would see  +3.3V, +5V, +12 or 15V and -12 or -15V. I also suggest to contact "electronics man" and ask to measure the PSU voltages in his unit for comparison. Finally I suggest to remove and re-insert the flat ribbon cable to the front assembly to clean the contacts which may fix the problem.

Might be worth checking the output of the serial port to see if it's trying to boot as well. There is a website where someone posted information regarding which pads to connect to on the board and the baud rate. https://41j.com/blog/2016/08/hacking-around-with-a-sdg800-sdg805/

It may be that the SDG805 is getting stuck early in the boot process.

Quite possibly as early firmware does have some problems however when updated to latest these problems seem fixed.
If the OP's unit has a boot freeze it will require a recovery procedure and there are 2 processes one of which is a simple USB recovery and if that doesn't work the 2nd method a MicroSD card process is much more involved and requires the unit to be stripped to gain access to the SD card slot and soldering links on the PCB to place the unit in a correct state to accept the recovery files.

Once these AWG's have a boot freeze problem (and early units with old firmware versions were bad for it) only recovery or mainboard replacement will fix them. The recovery packages were created so mainboard replacement could be avoided.

These are the only solutions other than a complete replacement for Ogni1112.

@Ogni1112: tautech hat einen guten Vorschlag gemacht. Kommst du damit zurecht oder brauchst du Hilfe? Fuer die serielle Schnittstelle muessen 3 Draehte angeloetet werden und du brauchst wahrscheinlich ein USB-to-serial Kabel und ein programm wie PuTTY um die Daten anzuzeigen

@Ogni1112 Richtig, wenn Sie Windows verwenden, schlage ich MobaXTerm oder Putty vor, beide sind gute Terminalprogramme.
