HP 5381A service manual sought.

I'm looking for a copy (pdf) of the service manual for my hp 5381A frequency counter. Someone changed the caps in the power supply and I'm not sure that they used the right values. Thanks in advance!

When I Google "hp 5381a manual", I get multiple hits in the first 10 answers.....
