Need help with component ID

I'm trying to identify the stepdown DC-DC converter in a Samsung T7 Shield SSD.

Its marking is "BEZM".

pin 2 -> Vin (?)
pin 3 -> LX (?)
pin 4 -> Ground

I don't need this information for a repair. I'm only trying to add this mystery component to my database. Also, I don't actually have this PCB, so I'm working from the photos.
