Need help with decoding error codes on Panasonic AG-1970P SVHS VCR

I've got a Panasonic AG-1970P SVHS VCR that has problems with the load & eject mechanism. The VCR uses the Panasonic G2 mechanism. I've tried realigning the gears that control the load & eject mechanism & replacing the main cam gear (The original was missing some teeth.), however I either get error codes or the mechanism jams & makes loud noises. The error codes I am getting are 011C4, 021C2 & 020C5. I did find a service manual for this VCR here: https://freeservicemanuals.info/en/servicemanuals/viewmanual/Panasonic/G2CHASSISVHS/GREV/GII/MECHANICALCHASSIS/, however I can't quite seem to figure out what they mean (I did figure out that the first one, 011C4, is "Machine lock during unloading".). Does anybody else on here know how to fix this?
