Need replacement or equivalent part for NEC uPA61A
« on: January 20, 2017, 11:22:30 am »
I'm trying to fix channel 2 on my scope. I've replaced one component that shorted to -12, which seems to have killed the next component  :-[

The part I need is NEC uPA61A. It's a N-Channel Silicon JFET differential Amplifier. But I can't find any old ones for sale, in fact even getting any reference to it at all is a pain.

Here's a link to the datasheet: http://www.datasheetlib.com/datasheet/737497/upa60_nec-electronics.html

A modern equivalent would be just as good.

Help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks.

The questionmark worries me. Also, aren't the pins mirrored?
Damn £23!
