Need service manual for TEK series 200 multimeters

I have a Tek DMM 252 which reads a bit off. Would like to tweak the adjustment pots but don't know what each one does. Anyone have a service manual or know what the pots do? Thanks for any help.

Thee is a "Tektronix Hand Held Instruments Basic Service" manual p/n 061-4123-00, it may help. It is available on opweb.de.
