Need to find a replacement/substitute for this GaAs power Fet

I am trying to find a replacement for this obsolete Hexawave HWL30YRA.  I found someone who has some Hexawave HWL36YRA's in stock.  I wonder if they can be used in place of the Hexawave HWL30YRA.  Is there anything else that can be used such as GaN fet? Even if I have to alter the circuit.  I'm looking for something reasonably priced (under $20.00).  I've attached the datasheets for the HWL30YRA and the HWL36YRA. This component is from a R&S SML-01 signal generator.
