SMD Components Identification
« on: January 30, 2023, 06:49:00 pm »
Hello,

I'm repairing a equipment to test CAN and LIN data bus for automotive use. Mapping the electrical diagram I found three SMD components (all SOT-23) and didn't find the data sheet in the internet (I accessed all the sources that I know) withou any result.

The components are P8K4S, MKCP and LHETE (please find attached pictures).

Tracing partial schematics of what these devices are connected to, will help narrow down possible device types. Your photos show no "context" of the surrounding circuit.

I was thinking that this subforum needs a sticky thread to address these kinds of questions.
