NIKKEI-NCLCD4O CIRCUIT BOARD

Hi. I'm seeking help for an unusual problem. I have a Nikkei-NCLCD40 TV with a bad circuit board. (T.MS6M181.1B 11223) that uses the NTSC format. I have searched for months for a replacement board. The ONLY board available is one that uses PAL. That obviously won't work and converting NTSC TO PAL is way too complicated (& expensive). I know this board exists because I'm looking at it. The tag says GDC www.gdc.com.hk which of course is in Hong Kong. But when I go to their site, all they have is the PAL board. This is definitely NTSC.
These televisions are sold here in the Dominican Republic. No one here can find it either. HELP!
