No Power - Tektronix TFP2A

Greetings, I just came across a Tektronix TFP2A Fibermaster OTDR that has no power, I`m not tech savvy but I`d like to try and fix it, can someone help me out or point me in the right direction? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
