I had the same problem with an NRVS (NRVS = 1/2 NRVD).
Battery empty = calibration lost.
Several R&S subsidaries no longer support these TE, so it's difficult to get them calibrated.
IMO, finding the cal soft won't be that easy, but of course, it's worth to give it a try.
You probably will have to send your unit to a cal service. Perhaps try to get in touch with
those guys, to see if they can help you. They also have subsidaries in Austria and Hungary. Here's some information on
the setup and workflow they use.
As you can see in the attached picture, my unit (last cal about 12 years ago) was off the ±1200 ppm spec for most of the AC ranges.
After calbration, the worst case error is now ±70 ppm. So I would say it was worth doing it. For my private use, it will suit me for the next ten years.
