Does anyone know where I get the scheme to find out the values ​​of these components?

Schemas for video cards are not easily found probably
if they found one they will prosecute you for life..

It is far cheaper simpler and effective if you just
buy a faulty card and they are very similar regarding brand
and GPU models

Or even buy a wholesale of them - very common
for spare parts

The schematics are not public.

Those resistors and capacitors are associated with the GDDR5 memory chips on the other side of the PCB. That card is using 12 memory chips and each has the same parts (a few resistors and a few capacitors) associated with it. The PCB layout usually is repeated for the positioning of these chips, so there are other areas on the board with the same parts and same positioning. I've circled in blue the areas that look similar, you just need to look at those, measure the resistors and capacitors and order same value replacements.

My guess is the resistors are differential CK bus terminations and they should all be the same value (240 ohm / 120ohm / 60ohm depending on the arrangement). Capacitors are probably decoupling, something like 10nF MLCC.

Upmost right cap is 1 uF, then right bottom broken part is 121 ohm 1% resistor and left broken cap is 10 nF. All parts are 0402 size, you can buy them from Digikey/Mouser/etc.

You can ignore 1 uF capacitor, it's just for filtering power, but resistor and 10 nF one are kinda important.
