The schematics are not public.
Those resistors and capacitors are associated with the GDDR5 memory chips on the other side of the PCB. That card is using 12 memory chips and each has the same parts (a few resistors and a few capacitors) associated with it. The PCB layout usually is repeated for the positioning of these chips, so there are other areas on the board with the same parts and same positioning. I've circled in blue the areas that look similar, you just need to look at those, measure the resistors and capacitors and order same value replacements.
My guess is the resistors are differential CK bus terminations and they should all be the same value (240 ohm / 120ohm / 60ohm depending on the arrangement). Capacitors are probably decoupling, something like 10nF MLCC.
