OCXO pinout ID help, OFC 1813-1106 AKA Corning MC857X4-004W used in HP8920A/B

Looking to see if anyone may know the pin out on this OCXO.  This is marked as OFC 1813-1106 AKA Corning MC857X4-004W used in HP8920A/B.  Not been able to find a datasheet online anywhere.

I have attached the 8920A Reference assembly schematic, other than the ground pin, not sure what the other pins are.  Id hate to apply 12v to the wrong pins and damage it.

I think I figured out the pinout, 1 and 2 are in the upper left (close together) and are +12v.  3 is ground, lower left.  Not seeing any output unfortunately, either I was sent a bad part of I popped it trying to figure out the pinout.   Not sure which is the VCO and output, but I suspect VCO is across from the VCC and the output is across from ground.   I can see proper operation of the Oven, no output though.

Found a photo of the 08920-61192 OPT REFERENCE card for the 8920A.
