old and new electronic devices prevents fails aluminum electrolytic capacitors

In the other questions I made a mistake and did not mention my storage conditions for the devices humidity and temperature

Gyro:
In previous answers, you have been told to consult capacitor manufacturers' [Edit:datasheets documentation], if these don't give the required MTBF information then there is nothing else. Mains voltage and frequency are completely irrelevant. There is, and never will be, a blanket answer so stop asking!

There is absolutely nothing more to be said, no matter how many times you ask or however many identities you create!

squadchannel:
let's answer this seriously.

Nichicon's technical note says this.
It's in Japanese; let's translate it with Deepl.
in pages 17.

--- Quote ---2-6 Storage Performance
Leakage current tends to increase when aluminum electrolytic capacitors are left unloaded for long periods of time. The leakage current increases because the oxide film on the anode foil reacts with the electrolyte, resulting in a decrease in withstand voltage, which is restored to the original level by the electrolyte when voltage is applied. The degree of increase in leakage current increases with the temperature at which the product is left in storage, so choose a storage location with normal temperature and humidity and no direct sunlight. When using a product that has been stored for a long period of time, perform voltage treatment. For voltage treatment, for a single product, raise the voltage to the rated voltage through a resistor of approximately 1 kΩ, and then apply the voltage for approximately 30 minutes. For products incorporated in equipment, please age the equipment. If the input voltage and power supply can be adjusted during aging, set the input voltage and power supply to a low value (about 1/2 of the rated voltage) and allow the device to break in for about 10 minutes, then gradually increase the voltage to a higher value and operate the device while checking the specified functions. If the power supply cannot be adjusted, turn it on and run it for about 30 minutes for break-in operation to check if the prescribed functions are OK. After that, turn off the switch once and perform full-scale operation. Note that the product can be used without voltage treatment if it is left unused for 2 years or less at the normal storage temperature of 5 to 35°C. An example of changes in product characteristics when stored at room temperature is shown in (Figure 2-10).

This procedure is quite complex. I would need a resistor and to open all my electronic devices, unsolder the aluminum electrolytic capacitors, repair, resolder the aluminum electrolytic capacitors and close all the electronic devices. He does not mention whether this recommendation works only for new aluminum electrolytic capacitors that have been used very little or whether it covers all of them, even those manufactured in the early 90s and early 2000s. He does not mention the humidity they can withstand. I do not know if age, temperature and humidity change the greater or lesser interval to energize all aluminum electrolytic capacitors assembled in an electronic circuit or separately. He mentions a maximum temperature of 35°C. Here at home it sometimes goes to 36°C.

I have asked several times to the manufacturers of aluminum electrolytic capacitors, I have done this with several brands but they have never answered my emails.

Haenk:
Please close this thread; this "discussion" leads nowhere.
Final note from me: All the durability numbers are based on statistics aka "large numbers". One, five or fifty devices do not fall under "statistical evidence", but under "random event". So it is pointless to ponder about the average shelf life at 35oC vs. the average shelf life at 36oC.
Store away dry to provent rust/oxidation. Fix, when taken out of storage and failing.
