This cpu is a motorola 68000 ? while booting i get software error at address 0000AH0 ..its a eprom address or cpu address?

Errr ..... AH0 as the last digits? That does not look like hex.

Ax0 is most likely on the CPU. If not, it's low ram off the CPU.

Hi , i was thinking something similar too , cpu is mc68000l
but looking at allocation table looks like rom area.

If the problem is a corrupt EPROM here you can find a copy of the firmware:

http://www.ko4bb.com/getsimple/index.php?id=download&file=HP_Agilent/HP_54110D_Digitizing_Oscilloscope_EPROM_54100-66530_Re.zip

Not knowing if the firmware release is the same, you should burn a full set of EPROMs.
