green,red,blue,ground but dont know how to figure out the v-sync,h-sync and the intensity wires.
1-ground-black
2-not sure
3-red-red wire
4-green-green wire
5-blue-blue wire
6-intensity-not sure wire
7-not sure
8-H sync-not sure wire
9-V sync-not sure wire

Colors are usually by resistor color code, or with some offset. So
1 = Black
2 = Brown
3 = Red
etc.

EGA is six bit, and TTL not analog RGB, so I wouldn't expect them to have used RGB colors for those lines.

If you actually have CGA not EGA, then you will have an intensity pin and some NC/GNDs.

Assuming you have a raster but it's not synced, you should be able to figure out the RGB and intensity by feeding them TTL high and low levels one at a time and noticing the change in the video raster.
