Old eprom programmer repair.

Hello.(sorry about my poor english,also if im posting in the wrong place).
I ve got an old elan e9a programmer which i bougth
from ebay as faulty vintage item,the device is in very good shape very clean ,the problem is when i turn it on there is no beep were i suppose to hear a beep ,keyboard not responding at all, display shows only ffffffff,cfffcfff,..only garbage were i suppise to see the type of eprom.i ve already opened it and checked the power supply rails and noticed that voltages are present.5v 12v, other than that i ve checked mathieu.benoit.benoit.free.fr website for shematics ,i tried to download and burn  the firmware given by him and put into the programmer but did nt worked.i attached pictures of the programmer and it main  board , i will attach more pictures of power supply and I/O boards. im lost and need help from experts engineers, thanks.

usual suspects,  bad contacts on the socket ic's, you have tons of them,    voltage issues,  you have 5 12  and others voltages to check,  normally an 24 - 25vdc voltage too

Yeah. I'd estimate the displayed code as a rather good sign, as it does not seem to be garbage. So CPU seems to be kind of working.
Carefully pulling all ICs and using a bit of contact cleaner might do the trick.
