Old Psu Konstanter 34 K 32 R 4

Hello All!

I'm trying to repair this thing for quite some time and i checked everything on this board and i suspect that MC1466 is broken.

now i found this article http://www.radiomuseum.org/r/gossen_konstanter_34_k_32_r434k3.html it mentioned that MC1466 can be replaced with couple of components but links are broken and i don't understand german.

Anyone have some ideas ?

i don't have ways  to buy outside my country. is it possible to emulate this circuit in anyway ?
