Old Sony tv replaced inverter, now turns on but no video

Hi, I got an old Sony KDL40v2500 with the red light blinking 4 times. I replaced the inverter and now it turns on, steady green light, all the ccfl turn on and I don't see any damage In the lcd

However, I get no video. It does respond by blinking the green light whenever I push a button so I guess the logic board is ok?

Does anyone have any idea on what should I do next? I really want to repair this tv even though it's old...

Edit: randomly pushing the channel + button put the tv into analog mode I guess and I can hear the typical no tv signal white noise through the speakers! And the volume buttons work too! So that kind of confirms it's not the logic board right? Could it be the t-con?
