Old Telefunken preamp plz help!!

Hello everyone, i have a very old piece of equipment its a Telefunken preamp made in Brasil.Unfortunately i dont have any other information...It doesnt have tubes on (i dont even know what type of tubes to put) and it is said to be faulty.Any help regarding schematics would be appreciated! (google did not help on that i couldnt even find a photo of the preamp!)

Be careful! Brazil is mutli-voltage, make sure it's set to 230V (If that is a voltage selector)

There's no tube chart on the bottom or inside or anywhere? Sometimes the numbers are stamped next to the sockets too. If not, try to find a model number on the chassis.

EDIT: That's really weird...why so many connectors? And what's that yellow cable?
