on surface jumper

Anyone quite experienced in assembling surface jumpers from ones sold on markets or just point us which of them are quality ones, or even is used to make up his own smd jumper then assembling it ?

That has to be one of the most worthless "explanations," excepting those from the US CDC, that I have seen in years.  A J1 is on the picture, but is not defined, nor is a jumper clearly shown that I can find. 

As for assumptions, I assumed the TS was referring to "0-ohm resistors,"  and as usual, the TS will not return to explain.
