Title: one case for HP 5071A cesium standard repair

checked the Ion Pump currecnt is 0 or 0.2 uA, then found the high voltage only +1000V (as usual is +3500V),  high voltage module (05071-60216) in malfunction, spent one day to open it, inside fill the silicon glue already, then found one high voltage CERAMIC capacitor in condition will be broken. blame HP, so hard to tear down.
