RIGOL DG1022: overload protection - no output on channel 1

I managed to produce a short circuit in my workshop and after repowering-up, the DG1022 works now only on Channel 2.  ->Utility->Test reports 'overload protect' when channel 1 is selected.

My local supplier has no spare parts any more.

Does somebody know, what I would have to replace ? Is there a schema/diagram ?
