Ordering Keysight parts in Europe??
« on: September 27, 2015, 01:58:02 pm »
Does anyone know how to order Keysight parts in Europe? I need a replacement knob + rotary encoder for a PSU.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.

I usually send an email to Keysight Germany and in return, they will offer the parts with a price and then I place the order.
About 1 to 2 weeks later I have the parts at hand.
They are also very helpful in selecting the correct part number, if you are not sure.

There are 3 kinds of people in this world, those who can count and those who can not.

You can make and enquiry through their website. They will forward it to your local distributor. At least how it worked for me. http://www.keysight.com/my/faces/fapHomePage.jspx
