Ordering spare parts from Aim TTI / Thurlby Thandar?

Has anyone ordered repair parts from Aim-TTi (thurlby thandar Instruments)?
How long did it take and did they ship to the USA?
I'm looking for some replacement threaded terminals for my CPX400a, and they still sell a variant of the power supply that uses the same repair part. It's only been 3 days or so, but I am wondering if anyone has been successful in buying parts from them.

Yes have bought quite a few things. Takes 5-7 days here in UK usually. Just call them up and ask. Prices are really cheap. Think there is a minimum order of £5 though.
