I acquired the above mentioned TV for 10$ it turns on SOMETIMES.. Visual inspection looks good I will suck solder and test the caps soon, This Newb is waiting on a solder sucker to come in.

Shop Jimmy mentions that replacing an eeprom on the main board may fix this issue.
I'd love a service manual but I searched the suggested sites from the sticky and came up empty handed.
